Being Best Student!

A medley of emotions filled me when I entered the auditorium to receive the Best Student Award. I experienced happiness, excitement and nervousness at the same time. The dignitaries of the college and TCS were praising both the college and the unknown gentleman/gentlewoman (They were not aware who the awardee was:-)). A thunder of applause filled the hall when the name was announced. It was such a great moment! I had been waiting for this since school days where I had lost similar awards on several occasions by a few points. After the presentation, my mentor talked about my achievements reasoning as to why I was conferred such an award. Then I had to talk:-(. My first public speech in the college. It turned out to be good and everyone laughed when they heard about the “last warning, which is generally said by our Head of Department  when he visits classes for mass bunk, missing Personality Development Programme classes, unruly behaviour etc. 

 

Time races without a break, four years passed in a speck of time. Let’s cherish all the moments of the college life, let Nothing Divide Us
